Is remote monitoring and self-diagnosis available for Newster Installations?

Yes, through the web app In-Sight 4.0. The main aim of In-Sight 4.0 is to develop a smart predictive monitoring and maintenance system, focused on remote monitoring and self-diagnosis functions of Newster installations. This will be achieved by integrating the already existing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with an advanced communication system, applicable to both new and existing Newster equipment.  

In-Sight 4.0 does not require direct connections to hospital networks, and a simple internet connection is sufficient. Operators will be able to connect securely through restricted access by providing their username and password.

In-Sight 4.0 cloud software is used for a better traceability of HCW stream.

The whole process can be monitored when:

• the HCW to be treated arrives up to the NW Sterilizer;
• the plastic container is washed and sanitized
• the washed and sterilized plastic container is ready to return to the hospital wards.
