Healthcare Waste (HCW)

Frictional Heat Treatment (FHT) technology for the processing of HCW. The process is based on heat generated by impact and friction of the waste. The residue obtained is sterilized, finely ground, dry and reduced in weight and volume. 

The treatment principle is tested, patented and certified. It is the most valid alternative currently available to traditional disposing methods like  incineration.

The use of on-site technologies allows the remarkable reducing of the facilities’ costs for disposal, increases the hygiene quality, improves the safety of the personnel, contributes to reducing  produced waste quantity and also reduces the environmental impact to near zero in accordance with the trend of reduction of environmental emissions and risks arising from the transport of infectious waste.
